PITTSBURGH – Police arrested a sexual assault suspect on Pittsburgh’s North Side early Saturday. According to Pittsburgh police, officers located a suspect on Cedar Avenue around 4:40 a.m. following an earlier reported sexual assault in the 600 block of Emlin Street. Dillon Jolly, 28, was arrested and charged with strangulation, sexual assault, rape, simple assault and involuntary deviant intercourse. Jolly is also suspected of other sexual assaults. Two teenagers were killed and a third was injured in a car crash overnight Friday in St. Petersburg, police said. Nikia Killens, 17, was eastbound on 11th Avenue South in a black 2013 Buick Rendezvous when she left the road and crashed the SUV into a utility pole in the 4200 block, police said. His passengers were 14-year-old Shaariyah Brown and 18-year-old Brice Lewis. Killens was transported to John Hopkins Children’s Hospital with minor injuries.
