At least 8 students injured in Chesterfield County school bus crash, officials say – WSOC TV

Chesterfield County, SC – At least eight students were taken to a hospital after a Chesterfield County school bus was involved in a crash Friday afternoon east of Jefferson, according to school officials. A New Heights school bus was reported to have been involved in a collision just before 4pm on McCaskill Road near Angelus Road. At the time of the accident, it was carrying 24 students, according to school officials. A New Jersey man turned himself into Connecticut State Police Thursday night in connection with a crash in Woodbridge that killed his wife, another woman and injured five in August 2021.
