PENDLETON – Authorities with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation have confirmed there was an active shooter at the Wild Horse Casino and Resort in Pendleton. Police intercepted the gunman at the door where there was a shootout with police who is in custody and police say the scene is secure. A bystander was shot and his condition is unknown. Approximately 20 police officers were on scene from various agencies including UTPD, FBI, County and City.
