(WAVY) \u2013 An 18-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he was found breaking into a car in Norfolk Monday afternoon with a stolen vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/nxslink.wavy.com\/join\/6sd\/signup\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to subscribe to WAVY&#8217;s breaking news email alerts<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to officials, an officer noticed a suspicious car around 1 p.m. near the intersection of E 23rd Street and Fawn Street.  When the officer approached the vehicle, it sped off and crashed nearby. <\/p>\n<p>(Photo credit: Norfolk Police Department)<\/p>\n<p>After a foot chase, officers arrested Demontai M. Cuffee.
