Arrest warrant issued for man in connection with shooting death of 19-year-old in Washington County <\/span><\/p>\n WASHINGTON, Pa. – An arrest warrant has been issued for a man in connection with the shooting death of a 19-year-old in Washington County earlier this month.<\/p>\n Washington City police said 23-year-old Jamil “Milly” Carr played a role in the shooting death of Antonio Nelson Martinez, but did not elaborate on his alleged involvement.<\/p>\n The shooting happened in the early morning hours of July 15 at Jollick Manor.
