MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla.<\/strong> – Charlie Williams, the owner of Cool Bear Ice Cream Shop, said he was inside making ice cream when he heard gunshots shortly after 5 p.m. Friday near Cutler Bay in south Miami County.
