East Haven police have identified a Southington man as the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting at Bullseye Billiards.<\/p>\n

Julius Bolden-Lowe, 26, died at Yale New Haven Hospital after suffering a gunshot wound on Saturday, Aug. 6, police said.<\/p>\n

Officers arrived at Bullseye Billiards at 655 Main St. in East Haven early Saturday morning after receiving a report of a shooting.<\/p>\n

East Haven Fire Department personnel treated Bolden-Lowe and a second person for injuries at the scene before they were taken to Yale New Haven Hospital.<\/p>\n

Police say the shooting happened after an altercation inside the bar turned physical.<\/p>\n

The East Haven Police Department is asking that witnesses with any information about the perpetrator or the events leading up to the shooting contact detectives at 203-468-3820. Police say witnesses can remain anonymous.<\/p>\n
