Former NYPD Detective Jason Caputo and Blue Lives Matter NYC founder Joe Imperatrice weighed in on the law enforcement exodus on “Fox & Friends First” Monday, arguing that incentives to work with the police force of the Big Apple no longer exist.<\/p>\n
