The Ca\u00f1on City Police Department is investigating the death of a 19-year-old man Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Gold Canyon Road.<\/p>\n

Commander Elliott VanDyke said officers were called to the area around 8:47 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive man inside a home.<\/p>\n

“When officers arrived, they found the person deceased,” VanDyke said.<\/p>\n

The teenager was pronounced dead by medical personnel.<\/p>\n

“At this time we are labeling it as an ‘undetermined death,’ however, our investigation will continue,” VanDyke said.<\/p>\n

He said he was not sure where the teenager lived; Official notifications have not yet been made to the family.<\/p>\n

He said there are no suspects at this time. Updates will be provided as they become available.<\/p>\n
