He was declared dead in the emergency room.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Beattie was a veteran officer and part of the fugitive unit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">This is a developing story.
