He said the building is being swept, but nothing has been found.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Downs said authorities hope employees and visitors will be able to return to the building shortly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">This is a developing story.
