MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Police are actively searching for a suspected kidnapper after two children were taken from their mother at gunpoint.<\/p>\n
A dozen patrol cars, K-9 units and a helicopter spent the afternoon searching for the alleged kidnapper.<\/p>\n
Police said they responded to a kidnapping call around 11:41 p.m. in the area of \u200b\u200bTrigg Avenue and Englewood Street in south Memphis.<\/p>\n
