FLOYD COUNTY, Ga. \u2014 A woman is being accused of breaking into her mother’s home and trying to take her children.<\/p>\n

According to the arrest report, Amber Gail Ubele was charged with criminal trespass stemming from an incident last April.<\/p>\n

Police say Ubele climbed through a window to get into the Vanns Valley Road home and tried to take the children she did not have custody of.<\/p>\n

Investigators say Ubele’s mother was granted custody of the children several years ago.<\/p>\n

Ubele was arrested earlier this week following an investigation by the Floyd County Police Department.<\/p>\n

She is currently being held in the Floyd County Jail.<\/p>\n
