Chris Sununu criticized President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland for not having a plan to prevent the investigation from being seen as purely political .<\/p>\n “Clearly, Biden and Garland, they had no strategy, they had no anticipation to say we’re going to take unprecedented action, so we better have an unprecedented outreach plan.
