“Atherton PD was dispatched to MA following a call for service when a subject was reported to have pushed a school administrator against a wall and yelled homophobic slurs at him. Instead of cooperating, the subject walked away from police and resisted. Officers at the scene grabbed the subject’s shirt to prevent him from fleeing and the subject continued to walk away and fell to the ground. Once on the ground, officers handcuffed him . The subject is being charged with assault on a school official and a hate crime. What was captured on video is the end of the incident.”<\/p>\n
