The car was found abandoned Tuesday along Radebaugh Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Police said Stein has blond hair and blue eyes.  He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
