Atlanta, Georgia<\/span> \n One person has died and four others have been taken to the hospital, the Atlanta Police Department said Wednesday, as authorities continue to search for a gunman who they say shot several people at Northside Hospital Medical in Midtown.\n <\/p>\n \n Police issued a “be on the lookout” for the suspect and told CNN the suspect was known to them and remained at large.\n <\/p>\n \n The Atlanta Police Department released images showing the alleged shooter wearing a hoodie, saying he was believed to be the shooter based on the preliminary investigation.\n <\/p>\n \n “Anyone with information regarding this person’s whereabouts is asked to call 911,” police said. “The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.”\n <\/p>\n \n The shooting happened after a man became angry during a trip to the medical center, according to police. A source told CNN the man was visiting the medical center with his mother on Wednesday.\n <\/p>\n \n The man’s mother is currently assisting police, the source said.\n <\/p>\n \n
