SAINT ANTHONY<\/strong> \u2013 San Antonio police arrested a group of teenagers Monday morning after they allegedly broke into cars and shot a resident who was trying to stop them.<\/p>\n The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Fennel Drive, not far from Vance Jackson Road and the Loop 410 on the north side.<\/p>\n According to a preliminary SAPD report, a 40-year-old man noticed a group of men entering two vehicles in front of his home. He fired a shot into the air to scare them off, police said.<\/p>\n The suspects ran down the street and fired several shots at the resident, police said. No one was hit by the gunfire or injured.<\/p>\n A sergeant at the scene said four teenagers were involved, and three of them were located and arrested. Police later said they were not looking for any other suspects.<\/p>\n The names of the suspects have not been released. They face charges of burglary of a vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, police said.<\/p>\n The resident is not expected to face any charges, according to SAPD.<\/p>\n Nothing was stolen from the vehicles that were hit.
