Then the finishing touch is “Sakekasu”, a paste that comes from the sake-making process, CNN<\/a> reported<\/p>\n Creating the decadent dessert took a year and a half of testing to get the perfect taste, Guinness <\/a>said<\/p>\n The service of the dish is as complicated as the high price.<\/p>\n Cellato <\/a>has developed several steps to ensure the consumer gets the perfect bite, including exactly when to pour in the white truffle and mix it with a special handmade metal spoon that comes with the ingredients.<\/p>\n The company says it should be paired with sake or French white wine.<\/p>\n The Guinness record<\/a> the team didn’t get to do a tasting, though Guinness<\/a> Officials said they were told it was “rich in taste and texture,” adding “the robust fragrance of white truffle fills the mouth and nose, followed by complex, fruity flavors of Parmigiano Reggiano.
