There was currently a warrant out for Neely&#8217;s arrest in the violent attack of an elderly woman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Ekqk yuUa lqtk TjIX aGjv\">Friends say Neely was in desperate need of psychiatric help.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Ekqk yuUa lqtk TjIX aGjv\">&#8220;Really worried about him the last time I saw him.
