Published:<\/span> 10:32 a.m. EDT, May 31, 2023 <\/span> | Updated:<\/span> 12:02 PM EDT, May 31, 2023 <\/span> <\/p>\n Diogo Dalot has signed a new five-year contract with Manchester United, the club have announced.<\/p>\n The Portuguese right-back has agreed terms on a new deal that will keep him at Old Trafford until June 2028 with the option of a further year.<\/p>\n Dalot is one of a number of players who have improved under Erik ten Hag after facing an uncertain future at United when he went out on loan to AC Milan in 2020-21.<\/p>\n The 24-year-old has shared right-back duties with Aaron Wan-Bissaka this term, making a total of 42 appearances before the FA Cup final against Manchester City at Wembley.<\/p>\n Dalot, a \u00a319m signing from FC Porto in 2018, said: “Playing for Manchester United is one of the biggest honors you can have in football.
