SOUTH FULTON, Ga. – South Fulton city firefighters are investigating a fire that sent several residents and one to the hospital.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Channel 2 Action News crews responded to reports of a fire early Sunday at the Gardens at Camp Creek Apartment Homes on Washington Road.<\/p>\n
When crews arrived at the scene, they evacuated the entire building due to the severity of the fire.<\/p>\n

During the fire, authorities said one person was injured after jumping from the building’s second floor to escape. They were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The identity of the victim has not been released.<\/p>\n
Authorities have not said if any other residents were injured.<\/p>\n
