Police say he is in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Pittsburgh firefighters were also called to the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">This is the second shooting to occur on Kelly Street in less than a day.
