It’s the last week of June and that means we’re anxiously awaiting decisions in several high-profile Supreme Court cases. The rest of the cases concern issues such as affirmative action, President Biden’s student loan forgiveness program, LGBTQ business services and the power of state legislatures.<\/p>\n
In this installment of the FiveThirtyEight Politics podcast, we take a look at what different public opinion polls have found about affirmative action and wonder if it’s a good or bad use of polls. We also explore what to make of RFK Jr.’s relatively strong Democratic primary polls.<\/p>\n
