The rest of the cases concern issues such as affirmative action, President Biden&#8217;s student loan forgiveness program, LGBTQ business services and the power of state legislatures.<\/p>\n<p data-paragraph=\"main\">In this installment of the FiveThirtyEight Politics podcast, we take a look at what different public opinion polls have found about affirmative action and wonder if it&#8217;s a good or bad use of polls.  We also explore what to make of RFK Jr.&#8217;s relatively strong Democratic primary polls.<\/p>\n<p data-paragraph=\"main\">In addition, the Republican presidential primary field has grown again, with the addition of former Texas representative Will Hurd.  He joins a crowded anti-Trump lane.  So what about all the anti-Trump candidates in a primary filled with voters who like former President Donald Trump?  And finally, this weekend marked the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision in Dobbs.
