Nebraska Ave., Tampa police officers found a man with trauma to his upper body.  He was taken to a local hospital where he later died, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Witnesses, according to the police department, told detectives that Khanji Fairley, 38, shot the victim and fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Officers &#8220;following developing leads&#8221; found Fairley and arrested him, according to the release.
