PHILADELPHIA – Four men were shot and killed and two children were wounded in a shooting in southwest Philadelphia on Monday, police said.<\/p>\n

Update 11:07 pm EDT July 3: During a news conference Monday night, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said there were six shooting victims, with four fatally wounded.<\/p>\n
He said the dead victims were men, aged 20, 22 and 59. The fourth person, also male and named “John Doe,” was “between 16 and 21 (age),” Outlaw said.<\/p>\n
The other victims were boys, ages 2 and 13, Outlaw said. Both children were in stable condition, he said.<\/p>\n
Outlaw added that two people are in custody, including the alleged shooter. Outlaw said the alleged shooter was arrested without incident.<\/p>\n
