The identities of the victims have not been released.<\/p>\n<p class=\"imageCaption\">Andre Longmore, 40, died in a manhunt on Sunday, just a day after he went on the run.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">At a press conference Saturday, Hampton Police Chief James Turner said detectives were investigating at least four crime scenes that are in close proximity to each other.  He declined to discuss a possible motive. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The first call about the shooting came in around 10:45 a.m. in the Dogwood Lakes subdivision of Hampton Hampton, a small town of about 8,000 about 30 miles from Atlanta, Georgia. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">In that case, neighbor Frankie Worth said he heard a gunshot as he went to his living room window to open the blinds and find out how much yard work he could do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">After hearing a gunshot, he said he caught himself &#8220;just for a second&#8221; and then looked out the window.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8220;You know, when you come in, you have to know where it&#8217;s coming from,&#8221; Worth, a Marine Corps veteran, told the <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"class\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wjhl.com\/news\/national\/ap-in-quiet-georgia-subdivision-neighbor-says-he-saw-man-accused-of-killing-4-shoot-man-in-street\/?utm_medium=referral&#038;utm_campaign=socialflow&#038;utm_source=t.co\">Associated Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">He said he saw Andre&#8217;s hands shake from the recoil of a silver gun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The suspect appeared to have shot at a small white car driven by another neighbor who Worth described as a &#8220;large white gentleman.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">He said the shooting happened at the edge of a cul-de-sac, with Longmore about 12 feet away as the car sped away. <\/p>\n<p>   <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-1e2f3c4fbd3ca450\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/07\/16\/21\/73256703-12304771-James_Turner_Chief_Of_Police_at_Hampton_Police_Department_GRAB_h-a-41_1689539751402.jpg\" height=\"358\" width=\"634\" alt=\"James Turner, police chief of the Hampton Police Department, said detectives were investigating at least four crime scenes that are in close proximity to each other.\" class=\"blkBorder img-share\" style=\"max-width:100%\" title=\"\">   <\/p>\n<p class=\"imageCaption\">James Turner, police chief of the Hampton Police Department, said detectives were investigating at least four crime scenes that are in close proximity to each other.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">At first, Worth said he thought he was witnessing a road rage incident, but said Longmore was moving too deliberately.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The suspect appeared to assess whether to fire again, Worth said, then &#8220;started casually walking&#8221; toward the entrance of the subdivision before picking up his pace to a &#8220;quick walk.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">After the shooting, Longmore fled in a black GMC Acadia. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Ron Foster, who lives on the main road outside the cul-de-sac, said Longmore drove through his yard and his neighbor&#8217;s, destroying several ornamental windmills and leaving tire tracks that were still visible the next day .<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Foster said he didn&#8217;t know at the time that multiple people had been shot, but said he got a call from a friend who was a retired police officer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8220;He called me and said, &#8216;Ron, are you staying or going somewhere.
