JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating two shootings overnight that left three people injured.<\/p>\n

The first shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Lem Turner Road in the Riverview area.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to the scene and discovered two victims: a woman who had been shot in the torso and a man who had been shot in the face. Both victims were in their 30s and were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
The initial investigation revealed that the victims were traveling southbound in a car on Lem Turner Road when they were shot from the car next to them. The suspect vehicle is a blue sedan of unknown make and model occupied by an unknown suspect(s).<\/p>\n

The second shooting happened around midnight Thursday on Claudia Spencer Street in the Longbranch area.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to the area and located a woman with multiple gunshot wounds in her home. She was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.<\/p>\n
The initial investigation revealed that an unknown suspect shot into the woman’s home and struck her multiple times.<\/p>\n
