The Florida governor entered the 2024 presidential race last week with polls showing him trailing Donald Trump by an average of about 30 points in the Republican primary. According to Allegheny County police, emergency crews were called to the 1300 block of Franklin Avenue around 11:53 p.m. First responders found a man at the scene who had been shot at an unspecified location.
