Water main break closes section of busy Ross Township road – WPXI
ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A mile-long stretch of a busy road in Ross Township is closed due to a water main break. Rochester Road is closed in the area below near its intersections with Route 19 and Babcock Boulevard A Channel 11 crew at the scene saw water coming out of the ground.
