Newton police are asking residents of the Nonantum neighborhood to remain vigilant Monday after three people were stabbed and beaten to death inside a home in the Massachusetts town. Residents east of Rifle are being evacuated due to the fire
Rifle residents in the Gemat Court neighborhood and north between Highway 6 and Green Lane, Mile Pond Road and Peterson Lane are being evacuated due to a structure and wildfire, Fire Rescue Chief Colorado River, Leif Sackett.
