LISBON – In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Joshua L. Gorby, 47, South Market Street, East Palestine, was charged with attempt, a second-degree felony; possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor child endangerment and domestic violence linked to the Columbiana County Grand Jury. Gorby is accused of threatening to burn down her house on June 15, pouring gasoline over the back of the house, including the porch and a detached garage, while her young daughter was inside the house.
