DENNIS, Mass. – A 17-year-old girl has died after the boat she was on crashed into a Cape Cod jetty Friday night, authorities said. Local emergency officials with assistance from the U.S. Coast Guard launched a search and rescue operation for a missing person who was in a boat that collided with a Cold Storage Beach boatman, according to Massachusetts State Police. The teenage victim’s body was pulled from the water around 11:30 p.m., state police said. His name has not been released.
