washington – In a new lawsuit, former President Donald Trump has filed a motion asking that a special master be appointed to review the documents. captured by the FBI at his Mar-a-Lago residence earlier this month. He has also asked the court to block the Justice Department from reviewing the material until that happens, court documents filed Monday reveal. According to the filing in the Southern District of Florida, the former president’s lawyers wrote that a special master, a court-appointed monitor who would review evidence and review its content for insider information, is necessary to protect Trump’s constitutional rights ….

Labor MPs voted to expel Gaurav Sharma from the party’s caucus. The Labor Party’s New Zealand Council could decide to investigate Sharma for misconduct. Labor leader Claire Szabó said the MP could be censured or expelled from the party altogether. URBANA — An Urbana man who allegedly broke into the apartment of women living in Campustown and stole items over the weekend was charged Monday with burglary. Judge Brett Olmstead set bond for Edward Bennett, 27, who listed an address in the 700 block of East Green Street, at $15,000 after hearing details of his arrest Sunday morning.
