BENNETTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – The Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office said a man was arrested after deputies pulled him over entering a gas station, according to an announcement Friday morning. Authorities were called around 2:40 a.m. Friday to the Boulevard Express gas station on Cottingham Boulevard after an alarm went off, according to the announcement. A suspect was killed Thursday afternoon in an exchange of gunfire with officers after an hours-long standoff in Cincinnati, Ohio, authorities said. Officials said the standoff began after the suspect tried to break into the Cincinnati FBI field office building around 9 a.m. and then led officers on a chase.
