The deal, brokered by Memphis agent Jimmy Sexton, is believed to make Smart the highest-paid coach in college football. It comes six months after Georgia won the school’s first national football championship in 41 years. Southern Cal coach Lincoln Riley, who has never won a national championship, signed a 10-year, $110 million deal after leaving Oklahoma at the end of last season. Woman with MS accused of breaking into and vandalizing church

MEMPHIS, Tenn.– A Corinth, Mississippi woman has been charged after being accused of breaking into a church and causing extensive damage. The Alcorn County Sheriff’s Office said Amy Schneider, 36, broke into the Farmington Baptist Church in Corinth on Tuesday night. Alcorn County investigators and Farmington police identified Schneider as the suspect and arrested her. She has been accused of theft and destruction of a church.
