Man identified dead in Hopewell Township motorcycle crash – WPXI
HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The coroner was called to a motorcycle accident in Hopewell Township early Wednesday. The crash happened in the 2900 block of Kane Road around 1:15 a.m Our teams saw a flatbed truck remove the motorcycle from a wooded area. Hopewell Township Police Department Detective Greg Durkos identified the victim as Josiah Hufnagel, 24, of Clinton. Durkos said Hufnagel was dead on arrival. A wildfire in California’s Sierra Nevada continued to spread Sunday, with sprinklers deployed to protect Mariposa Grove’s beloved giant sequoia trees. The fire in Yosemite National Park was measured at 2,044 acres by evening. The Milwaukee Police Department recovered a body from the Milwaukee River Saturday morning near Fratney and Commerce streets. On Thursday, the Milwaukee Fire Department told WISN 12 News that two people told them they saw a man struggling in the river near the area where the body was found. UPDATE: A fifth person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Jason Raiford over the weekend in New Kensington. Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli said Friday that Avian Molter was arrested by Jeanette police after a traffic violation led to a brief chase. Molter was a passenger in the vehicle. Two others, Elijah Gray and Da’Montae Brooks, remain at large.
