Oklahoma City police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was shot Tuesday morning on the city’s southwest side. Investigators said it happened around 7:20 a.m. in the parking lot of a PDQ express stop near Southwest Grand Boulevard and South Walker Avenue. Police said the shooting started as a fistfight and the department believes everyone involved was a student. It is unknown if all were students at nearby Capitol Hill High School. Cleveland police are searching for a missing 30-year-old EMT worker who is believed to be in danger. Lachelle Jordon was reported missing Sunday by her twin sister, who last saw Jordan the day before at Jordan’s home, Cleveland police said in a statement. The sister, Rachelle Jordan, told police that at 6 p.m. Saturday, Lachelle told her she was going to her car to get something. Robert Menke, the founder of one of St. Petersburg’s largest private corporations and a key figure in a scandal over attempts to spy on a state insurance regulator, has died at 89. Menke, the chairman and chief executive of insurance company Bankers Financial Corp., died “peacefully at home with his family by his side” last week, according to a statement from the company. Bankers Financial is the parent of a handful of insurance and professional services companies, including Bankers Insurance, which has clients in more than 45 states.
