Honduras opens an embassy in China after cutting ties with Taiwan
Beijing – Honduras opened an embassy in Beijing on Sunday, Chinese state media reported, months after the Central American nation severed ties with Taiwan to establish diplomatic ties with China. Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang and his Honduran counterpart Enrique Reina participated in the opening of the embassy on Sunday morning, China’s official CCTV said. TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – According to Lt. Farley of the Tulsa Police Department, a man died in a suspected drowning incident in the early morning hours of June 11th. The incident happened in Whiteside Park near South Pittsburg Avenue and East 38th Street. MANCHESTER, NH – A Queens, New York man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured a 27-year-old man near a monument honoring Harmony Montgomery, police said.
