OCALA, Fla. – A white woman accused of fatally shooting her black neighbor through a front door has a history of harassing local children and using racial slurs against them, neighbors said Wednesday. Susan Louise Lorincz, 58, was arrested Tuesday on charges of involuntary manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, assault and two counts of assault, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. he said in a statement.
