A Texas fisherman only set a new record for Corpus Christi Lake after catching a 207-pound alligator, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Paul Hefner told KSAT he caught the massive 7-foot, 6-inch fish on April 13. MIFFLINTOWN BOROUGH, Pa. – One Pennsylvania State Police trooper is dead and another was injured after a shooting in Juniata County. The incident began when Brandon Stine, 38, of Thompsontown, allegedly began shooting at patrol vehicles in the parking lot of the state police station in Lewistown around 11 a.m. Saturday. State troopers found Stine in the Mifflintown area around 12:45 p.m. Police say Stine began shooting at the officers. He shot and seriously wounded Lt. James A. Wagner.
