Dr. Roy Guerrero, a Texas pediatrician who treated victims of the Uvalde school shooting at Robb Elementary School testified before Congress about his experience that day. Guerrero explained that he is a former student of Robb Elementary School and emotionally spoke about the need for gun reform.
