Man shot and killed in Pittsburgh’s North Shore identified – WPXI

PITTSBURGH – One man is dead after a shooting on Pittsburgh’s North Shore Monday morning.

Pittsburgh police officers responded to the area near Anderson and East General Robinson streets for a report of a shooting around 1:30 a.m. It is close to the Rachel Carson Bride and one block from the Andy Warhol Museum.

When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot twice. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 35-year-old Prentis Hutchinson of Avalon.

Pittsburgh police continue to investigate.
