Arrests for crimes
Assault – Susan Marie Lloyd, 53, of the 1100 block of West Ninth Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lloyd on Friday for felony third-degree assault and misdemeanor strangulation. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail Friday and was no longer an inmate Tuesday.
weapons – Robert Vincent Jones II, 35, of the 1000 block of West Oak Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Jones on Saturday on felony counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was being held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $7,500 bond.
Avoid – Jeffery Lynn Kenton, 60, of the 300 block of South Second Street, Talent. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenton on Sunday on a felony count of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, a felony warrant charging him with a separate count of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor counts of reckless driving and driving while suspended or revoked. and for violating his probation on a prior first-degree arson conviction. He was jailed Tuesday without bail.
domestic abuse – Larry Ronald Arguijo, Jr., 44, of the 600 block of Marshall Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Arguijo on Sunday on felony charges of strangulation constituting domestic abuse, domestic abuse assault, a fourth-degree felony, and domestic abuse assault as a fourth-degree misdemeanor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance on Monday.
Assault – Kenneth Francis Strate III, 40, of the 3000 block of H Avenue, White City. Medford police arrested him for assault on a police officer, a class C felony, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked into the jail Monday and was no longer in custody Tuesday.
