Breaking news update as of August 5 at 10:59 p.m.: Bixby Police issued this statement: “At 8:30 p.m., a local business owner met with an acquaintance. She was leaving the mall with the acquaintance. A second man blocked her car with the her vehicle. A domestic argument turned violent. She was shot by the man and the man then turned the gun on himself. Both died at the scene. Bixby is conducting the investigation with the assistance of OSBI”.
