Meghan Warren is the manager of the cafe and said the parked car that was hit was hers.

“It was very fast. I saw my car there in an instant and another car replaced it. There was a very loud crash,” Warren said.

The impact of the crash knocked down a light pole and it was across the street, just down from Allegheny General Hospital.

“Unfortunately, some of our customers were at the front window and they were terrified. Fortunately, the building was not affected in any way and the customers were safe,” he added.

The police were able to catch up to two underage girls who were in the car, but two more are still there.

Warren said she’s thankful no one died.

“I see families walking up and down the street all the time. My first thought is, I’m glad my customers at the window were OK and no one else was hurt,” she said.

No one has been charged and it is unclear if the car was stolen.
