Arrests for crimes

Identity theft – James Andrew Barco, 35, of the 400 block of Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Barco Thursday on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument. Barco was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released.

Assault – Kayla Jean Yates Burch, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Burch Thursday on charges of second-degree assault on a police officer and disorderly conduct, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass. She was taken to jail and released on her own recognizance.

weapon – Marla Marie Dippel, 56, of the 600 block of Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Dippel Thursday on charges of unlawful use of a deadly weapon and second-degree assault. Dippel was booked into jail and released on bail.

Theft – John Harry Nelson, 57, of the 2000 block of Ivy Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nelson Friday on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree disorderly conduct. There was no bond or release information for Nelson in jail records.

stolen vehicle – Hank Sterling Sowell, 37, of the 20000 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sowell Friday on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and first-degree theft. He was taken to jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft – Frank Lionel Yates, 36, of the 1000 block of Prospect Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Yates Friday on charges of first-degree burglary, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and first- and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into jail without bail.

weapon – Vincent Felipe Ayala, 53, of the 2000 block of Falcon Street, Ciutat Blanca. Medford police arrested Ayala on Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. Ayala was not listed as an inmate in the Jackson County Jail as of Saturday.

weapon – Martin Anthony Bajaras, 24, of the 7000 block of Hale Way, White City. Medford police arrested Bajaras Saturday on charges of unlawful use and possession of a weapon, as well as unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine. Bajaras was held at the jail without bail.

Identity theft – Kevin Bedolla-Zapata, 29, of the 1200 block of Modoc Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Bedolla-Zapata on Saturday on charges of identity theft, first- and second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and first-degree theft. He was held in jail without bond.

Domestic violence – Thomas James Borden, 27, of the 800 block of Crystal Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Borden on Saturday on charges of strangulation, domestic abuse, harassment and assault. They put him in jail and set him free.

Assault – Jose Guadalupe Gonzalez Murugui, 29, of the 90 block of Champlin Lane, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Gonalez Murugui on Saturday on charges of domestic assault and harassment. They put him in jail and set him free.

Elude the police – Kevin Thomas Heater, 31, of the 100 block of Onyx Street, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Heater Saturday on charges of attempting to elude police with a vehicle and reckless driving. Heater was booked into jail and released.

domestic abuse – Raquel Debby Ingraham, 26, of the 1000 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Ingraham on a charge of fourth-degree felony domestic abuse. Ingraham was held at the jail without bail.

stolen vehicle – Charles Edward Lockridge, 31, of the 10000 block of Central Point Road, Oregon City. Medford police arrested Lockridge Saturday on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, identity theft and second-degree forgery. Lockridge was released from prison on his own recognizance.

Theft – Chad Allen McPherson, of the 2000 block of Shelly Lane, Prospect. Medford police arrested McPherson on Saturday on charges of second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, first-degree burglary and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. McPherson was held at the jail without bail.

domestic abuse – Christopher Joel Neeser, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested Neeser Saturday on charges of fourth-degree felony domestic abuse, domestic abuse by strangulation and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. He was booked into jail without bail.

Elude the police – Stavato Reece Saites, 21, of the 3000 block of Lisk Drive, White City. Medford police arrested Saites on charges of attempting to elude police with a vehicle, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Saites was held at the jail without bond.
