South Dakota is one of five states with a single health center performing abortions. Abortion is heavily restricted in the state. To get to the clinic, women often have to take time off work and drive to the South East corner of the state. Republican governor Kristi Noem hopes to go even further should the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade.
