Michigan Baby Formula Plant Begins Production But Supply Won’t Hit Shelves Weeks

Production finally began at Abbott’s facility in Sturgis, Michigan, but products won’t hit store shelves for more than two weeks. The company says it will start by ramping up the production of EleCare and other specialty formulas for infants with food allergies.
