KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — An unknown masked man stopped and arrested four people accused of breaking into a cabin in West Virginia on Thursday, deputies said. Deputies initially received a burglary call around 1:15 p.m. Thursday in Charleston, and when they arrived they found four people on the ground with their hands tied behind their backs, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff. According to the DA, the shooting happened around 2:22 a.m. at an apartment complex on Overlook Ridge Drive in Malden.
